Social Responsibility
Paving the way for stronger communities
At Globus Spirits Ltd., paying our privilege forward and paving the way for stronger communities has always been a core value. To this end, we have initiated a number of efforts to address the needs of multiple segments in India’s rural, urban and agricultural communities.

GSL Gram Vikas
GSL Gram Vikas is an initiative undertaken by Globus Spirits Ltd. in order to strengthen local, rural economies. Under this initiative, villages neighbouring our factories or production plants are adopted by the company so we can oversee and strengthen their infrastructural needs via access to steady water and electricity supply, well-constructed roads, tree plantation drives and more.
India Paryavaran Sahayak Foundation (IPSF)

IPSF comprises promising, young, environmentally conscious individuals who come from varying business fields and have a shared vision of shouldering the responsibility as individuals and as an entity to protect and support all endeavours that are environmentally progressive.
IPSF works to affect positive change towards the environment by connecting the dots between all concerned stakeholders by building awareness and buy-ins against stubble burning with farmers. The organisation also introduces and promotes the use of technological interventions; they stand as partners for farmers by bridging the gap towards awareness of available technologies; they also act as facilitators to ensure the seamless transfer of knowledge and awareness on all government schemes and subsidies for farmers.

GRAS Academy

GRAS’ core goal has evolved over these years to work with the small-town youth who may have completed basic education, but have limited or no skills to make them employable. By reinforcing self-sufficiency through rigorous training, the GRAS Academy is able to help youth in these areas find gainful employment by bridging the skills gap across industries.
